RULES FOR MEN


1. Only the Female can make the RULES.
2. The RULES are subject to change without notice.
3. No Male can possibly know all her RULES.
4. If the Female suspects that the Male knows all the

RULES, she must immediately change some or all of
the RULES
5. The Female is never wrong.
6. If it appears that the Female is wrong, it is because

of a flagrant misunderstanding caused by omething
the Male did or said wrong.
7. If Rule # 6 applies, the Male must apologize

immediately for causing the misunderstanding.
8. The Female can change her mind at any time.
9. The Male must never change his mind without the

express, written consent of the Female.
10. The Female has every right to be angry or upset at

any time.
11. The Male must remain calm at all times, unless the

Female wants him to be angry or upset.
12. The Female must, under no circumstances, let the Male know whether she

wants him to be angry or upset.
13. The Male is expected to read the mind of the Female at all times.
14. At all times, what is important is what the Female meant, not what she said.
15. If the Male doesn't abide by the RULES, it is because he can't take the heat,

lacks backbone, and is a wimp.
16. If the Female has PMS, all THE RULES are null and void and the Male must

cater to her every whim.
17. Any attempt to document the RULES could result in bodily harm.
18. If the Male at any time believes that he is right, he must refer to Rule # 5

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast : Those who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This can lead to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating : It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking : It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption : Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution : The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation : Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping : Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decreases concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Brain working during illness : Working hard or studying during illness may lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the brain, and may also damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts : Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely : Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

DO YOU PREFER COLD WATER AFTER MEAL?


This advice is for those who like to drink cold water after meals. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and get absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after meal. A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain in the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance to survive.
